In the 4 years that Kevin has worked in the property industry, he has become an astute broker and earned a very good reputation amongst his peers, landlords and clients.

Kevin spent 10 years in London as an IT Project Manager for Japanese Investment Bank Nomura International Plc. Upon returning to South Africa, he purchased Splashes restaurant in Glenashley and spent 10 years in the hospitality Industry opening up a few bars and running a successful catering company.

Kevin began his Commercial & Industrial Property career with Prop247 in 2018 and moved to Chalupsky Properties in 2021 citing Chalupsky Properties strong name in the Industry for the move.
Kevin's business acumen is an asset when identifying the best properties for his clients.
He has a strong footprint in the Cornubia Industrial precinct having leased out 33% of all initial rentals at Vision Business Park and 25% of all units at Silverstone Business Park.

Although Kevin specialises in Industrial, warehouse and factories, he also has an in-depth knowledge of the Commercial Office sector as well as retail.

Kevin is a devoted father to his son Grayson and an avid sportsman with mountain biking, surfing and golf being his passion.
