Overcoming fears
Chalupsky Properties has always been known to attract brokers who are "Duracell bunnies" and very active in watersports. Although Kale Bagwandin keeps fit with yoga, a terrifying experience a while back had kept her out of the water for a long time. She decided to change that and not only get back into the sea - but she took up surfing.
Kale said: "I've been out a couple of times now and it's one of the best decisions I've made for myself. I completely get why people love it so much. Wouldn't call myself a surfer just yet though but I'll get there!"
We wish Kale well with her surfing lessons.
