This iconic Durban Landmark building, the former Victoria Bar, located at the entrance to the Durban Point Waterfront precinct consists of a double storey restored commercial building. The building which is of historical significance and is a listed building has a ground floor of 247m/sq and a First Floor of 229m/sq. The internals are white box shells which allows a potential purchaser the freedom to design the interior to their requirements. Each floor has a set of ablution facilities.

On the Shepstone Road frontage there is an additional building on the ground floor with an extent of 382m/sq. This building, we believe is not listed and thus could be demolished. This building has also not been refurbished.
There is a small yard fenced in on the Shepstone Road frontage.

Both building have recently had the rooves replaced.
